A word about spiritual wellness... Spiritual wellness “relies on balance and harmony” (Paprocki, 2012).  In order to maintain  spiritual wellness, our souls needs to be fed, exercised and care for properly (Ibid).  “By nurturing our relationships with God through prayer, devotions, worship, nature, art, and music, we can take steps towards spiritual health” (St. Luke Devon).  When our soul is well, the rest of our lives can more easily fall into place.  We can find true joy and victory in all aspects of life!
